Join us for a retro tournament, using the 2010 format (DP-UL)! The tournament will start at 11am, with deck list submission from 10:30am to 11am. Entry is $10 for players in all age divisions. This will follow the format used at the 2010 Pokémon World Championships, meaning cards from Diamond & Pearl through HS—Unleashed are legal for use. A summary of the format can be found at https://retro-library.com/2010-decks/.

NOTE: Tournaments may be cancelled if less than four players are registered as of 10pm the night prior. If this occurs, registrants will be refunded and notified via email.

What should I bring?

• Your Player ID number. If you don’t have a Player ID, you can create one at https://club.pokemon.com/us/pokemon-trainer-club/play-pokemon/setup/.
• A 60-card deck with a filled out deck list. A blank list can be found at https://judgeball.com/decklist – there will be blank lists available at the tournament as well. If you have your list ready ahead of time, you can email it to goodgames@chicagopokemon.com.
• Damage counters, Burn and Poison condition markers, and a coin or other randomizer. If you don’t have some or all of these, ask event staff to borrow some.
• Yourself! Make sure you arrive on time. If you are late, you may not be able to play in the event, so make sure to arrive in time to submit your list!
